Ira Gerzog is the managing partner at Goldfarb & Gerzog, and became associated with the practice in 1995. Mr. Gerzog assumes the daily management of the firm's litigation practice, which includes all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury and medical malpractice.
Ira Gerzog was born in Brooklyn, New York and has resided in Nassau, Westchester and Rockland Counties as well as Manhattan. He received his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and his legal education and degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the New York County Lawyers Association and is a member of the New York Bar, and the Southern and Eastern Districts’ of the Federal Court. He is active in his community and a dedicated little league manager.
Mr. Gerzog has honed his expertise in case management by maintaining direct and personal contact with each client and their family, and prioritizing efforts to process the firm’s cases in pursuit of fair and substantial compensation settlements and awards. Mr. Gerzog, while regularly attending court conferences and depositions in all New York Counties, is always available for daily contact with new and existing clients, their concerns and case issues.
